How I Got Started
The Story
I am an NHS Plastic Surgeon in the UK who’s dedicated to nutrition and sustainable healthy living on a global level.
In my years of working in different parts of the country, I found hospital food overpriced and of poor quality, not to mention a large amount of food wastage.
As healthcare workers, we must also take care of our own health so that we can deliver even better care for our patients.
My long term goal is to collaborate with the food industries who share my vision so that we may introduce clean, tasty and nutritious food within healthcare providers.
To get there, I am creating and sharing my own delicious, clean and lean food from simple gluten-free and dairy-free recipes.
In addition, I am also hugely passionate about fitness and travel. I hope you will join and enjoy this journey with me.
