The raspberry smoothie

This bowl is a heart breaker. It was inspired by Dame Vera Lynne. I created this on the day she passed.  


This mouthwatering bowl is topped by my homemade coconut cookies. 

Coconut is classified as a fruit. It is packed with nutritional goodness, including fibre and vitamins (C, E, B etc). Its shell is now made into stunning artisan bowls. Each bowl is unique from its beautiful patterns created by nature. I feature a lot of coconut bowls in support of sustainable and eco-friendly living. 


Smoothie ingredients:

2-3 ripe bananas

1 cup of frozen raspberries/strawberries 

splash of plant-based milk 

1 tsp of Super U pink pitaya powder


Toppings:

Raspberries, banana slices, home coconut cookies, melted dark chocolate drizzle.
