I’m celebrating with the LGBT community in Pride's month with this bowl. I attend Manchester's Pride Parade almost every year. It's spectacular if you have never been.
Did you know that EVERY colour in the rainbow flag means something?
Hot pink for sexuality, red for life, orange for healing, yellow for sunlight, green for nature, turquoise for magic, indigo for serenity and violet for spirit. But now only 6 colours remain.
Smoothie ingredients:
2-3 ripe bananas
2-3 tsp of Greek yoghurt
1 cup of mangos
Toppings:
Rainbow colours with chia pudding, raspberries, mango purée, kiwi slices, blueberries, homemade jam, mini marsh-mellows, homemade coconut cookie, and chocolate sticks
