The smoothie lollipops

Smoothie lollies anyone? This is absolutely perfect for the summer, trust me!


This is a simple, nutritious, gluten-free and dairy-free. You make any smoothies you want. 


Below are just some suggestions 


Ingredients:


Berry lollipop

1 ripe banana

1 cup of frozen raspberries

splash of plant-based milk 


Coconut lollipop

1 ripe banana

coconut yoghurt 


Mango lollipop

1 ripe banana

1 cup of frozen mango

splash of plant-based milk 


Chocolate lollipop

1 ripe banana

2 tsp cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder

splash of plant-based milk 


Toppings:

dark chocolate 

marsh mellows

salted caramel source

sunflower seeds

desiccated coconut 

or anything else of your choice 


How to:

  1. For each lollipop, blend the ingredients, then fill a lollipop silicone mould 

  2. Freeze overnight

  3. Melt dark chocolate (on low heat/microwave) and drizzle on top 

  4. Add marsh mellows, desiccated coconut and seeds quickly while the chocolate is still moist. 

  5. Freeze again then enjoy! I had mine with chocolate protein bars and ice cream. I can tell you it was heaven!
