Banana and seed pancakes

I don't think anyone will say no to healthy pancakes. These are super tasty and so good for your health, a real treat for the perfect morning. 


Ingredients:

1 cup oats

1 cup plant milk

1/3 cup self-rising flour

2 ripe bananas

2 tbsp of any seeds

Maple syrup on top

Topping of your choice. I have berries and marsh mellows here.


How to:

  1.  Mix all the ingredients well. Keep 1 banana for topping

  2. Leave the batter to settle for about half an hour

  3. Fry on a cause pan on medium heat.

  4. Add enough batter to make small pancakes and cook until the batter starts to bubble normally around 2-3 minutes. Then flip it over 

  5. Then serve when they have cooled with maple syrup drizzled on top!
