The dark one is the chocolate peanut butter flavour and the blue one is of blue spirulina and white chocolate with berries.
Ingredients for approx 6 doughnuts:
1 ripe banana
2 eggs/flax eggs (vegan)
splash of olive oil
3/4th cup of self-rising flour
pinch of salt
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tsp of sweetener/syrup
splash of plant-based milk if the batter is too dry at the end
Dark chocolate peanut butter flavour add:
pieces of dark chocolate
2 tsp of cocoa powder/chocolate flavoured protein powder
1 tsp peanut butter/doughnut
Blue spirulina/white chocolate flavour add:
2 tsp of blue spirulina. I used the Super U brand.

chopped fresh berries of any kind
How:
Preheat oven to 180 deg Celsius
Mash the banana
Mix all ingredients for each flavour well. I generally mix the wet (mashed banana, egg, oil) and dry separately then combine the 2.
fold the berries into the batter
For the dark chocolate flavoured doughnuts, fill half of the doughnut moulds with batter then add dark chocolate chips and peanut butter before filling the rest of the moulds with doughnut batter again. Then lay dark chocolate chips and peanut butter on top. So you end up with batter (base)/dark chocolate and peanut butter/batter/dark chocolate and peanut butter on top
For the blue spirulina and white chocolate version, do the same but replace dark chocolate and peanut butter with white chocolate chips instead.
Place the filled doughnut moulds into the oven and cook for 25-30 minutes. Then enjoy!!
