Isn't this just adorable? I have always wanted to have a bit of fun with my breakfast. This super cute pancake cereal bowl is just perfect for that slow Sunday morning.
Smoothie ingredients:
1/2 cup all self-rising flour
2 tbsps sugar replacement
2-3 tsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1 egg
oil for the pan
fresh goji berries for homemade jam and toppings
Steps:
In a bowl, mix all dry ingredients. Add the whisked egg to the dry ingredients in a bowl gently with a fork.
Pour the batter into a squeeze bottle or use a teaspoon.
Heat up a non-stick pan on medium-low heat. Brush a thin layer of oil on the pan first.
Squeeze out a small amount of batter and cook until the pancakes start to bubble before flipping them.
Continue until they are golden brown.
Optional: use a cookie cutter to cut them into shape
Scoop all into a bowl and enjoy when cooled down!
